I started out with the intent of coming up with a boys Circus themed party, but now that I look at it, I would say it is pretty gender neutral.
So, if you have a girl that isn't all that crazy about pink... this just might be the Circus party for her.
Vibrant shades of red, white, and blue are just lovely for a summer circus celebration, especially if the party date is close to the 4th of July!!
